Semester Review

Dear Pinions family,

We are halfway through the year already!  I don’t know about you, but it’s been a blur of a year for us! 

There are a lot of exciting announcements! Here we go!

• New high-school electives are being planned by Charter members for second semester this year and for next year

  
  

• Teachers are planning on ways to equip all grades with elective ideas and opportunities

  
  

• Volunteer opportunities are here!  Please let us know if you would like to help with:

• Kindergarten is becoming a reality for next year! Please pray as we investigate this option and search for the right staff

Kingdom Year

My son and I have been preaching through parts of Colossians at our church this month. The series is entitled “Kingdom Year.”

The idea for the series sprang from the feeling of hope that is surging through God’s people this year. While none of us place our hope in earthly politics, it sure feels like the Lord is using earthly leaders to protect and bless His people.

The question for us is: How do we make the most of this hope? 

How do we invest in our families and our spouses in such a way that a generational impact is felt throughout God’s kingdom? 

How do we make choices to walk in freedom from sin? 

How do we stand courageously in the face of the enemy trying to take our children’s innocence? 

How do we make the hard choices of loving our families and our King better than ever starting this year?
